10+ Projects in Mining and in Aircraft lease: We have advised on metals and mining projects, including aluminum, coal, silver and gold. We also have advised more than 10 foreign aircraft foreign lessors on Tajik law aspects of their transactions with local carriers.

1st ever Government Eurobonds 1st ever attempted HKE listing: we acted as domestic arranger legal advisers in the Tajikistan first-ever sovereign Eurobond offering. We also acted as local counsel in connection with the listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange of a company holding gold mining rights in Tajikistan.

60+ Projects for EBRD: European Bank of Reconstruction and Development is our long-lasting client. Our areas of involvement included loan and equity financing, legal due diligence, legal framework advice, legislation drafting and litigation.

4 Projects for SINOSURE and China Eximbank: we have acted for SINOSURE and China Eximbank in connection with their transactions with aluminum producer TALCO and in connection with setting up a demonstration garden of agricultural technology in Tajikistan.
